"BEACH HOME IS CLOSED!"

PLEASE GO Home

Life is a beach... Just not this one.
Beach Home is closed in permanentatum.

After 4 years of serving the digital beach-loving community, MattsWebpage Beach Home has been shut off and unplugged by the webmaster. Likewise, Brad "CyberLobster" Droff the A.I. lifeguard (first on the web!) has been deleted. THERE IS NO SOURCE CODE LEFT, PLEASE STOP REQUESTING. Beach Home and "CyberLobster" have been expunged with no backups. CRTL+Shift+Delete your swim trunks and flip flops, they have no application on this site anymore. You may have taken a swim here last week, or sunbathed the other afternoon. but now--I'm sorry to tell you--the whole beach has drowned.

When Did This Happen?

The decision was made on 07 MARCH 2026 and Beach Home was outloaded within hours. Action was taken immediately to avoid public feedback sessions. The webmaster posted this comment regarding the shutdown: "Understand that while Beach Home was open to everybody, it was not meant for just anybody. Beach Home has run its course. Well, it never had the opportunity to run its course. What's the difference? There is no more course to run; there is no course to run."

Beach Home has entered it's LOST MEDIA phase

This means Beach Home has now entered into the annals of LOST MEDIA. Its code kindled a small Alexandrian fire. The smoke blipped out its final 1s and 0s as the visitor ticker read 2097. That's 2097 memories, which is all that's left. Beach Home is a non-record. There is no archive for this sort of thing. There is no archive for this sort of thing.

Will Beach Home ever come back?

We can build new but we can never go back. The "sand" of Beach Home might be thought of as the HTML code, and that has been entirely lost.

Tournament Players Association declines to comment or talk to Administrator

Beach Home was always intended as a venue for TPA to revive their golf tournament in a virtual setting. Matt--the leading proponent of the Beach Home/TPA collab--coded meticulously for this purpose, approximating the digital equivalent to 194 acres of beach front greens with 21 possible holes (and hidden inputs for quick expansion). The course was complemented by surfing minigames and A.I. lifeguard (first of its kind!), but it was all for naught; In the four years Matt and the community had been petitioning them, TPA refused to awknowledge Beach Home even once. Virtual golf is always rising in popularity, but some people are stuck in the past. Our mistake was trusting TPA had any idea of what was best for them. This opportunity was missed, but we are always looking forward to new opportunities and possibilities.

What does that mean for Matt's real life beach?

Matt's real life beach is a small section of beach along a secluded stretch of Lake Superior. It is a PRIVATE PROPERTY of cordoned off burial plots intended for Matt and his family. There is no relation between Matt's actual beach and Beach Home, except that they are both administered by Matt. Please do not visit the actual beach as not everyone buried has finished all their worldly business.

Comments from webmaster regarding web-page plug-pull:

"Beach Home has run its course. Well, it never had the opportunity."

"'CyberLobster' hadn't yet developed sentience. This is why we could shut him down without sadness."

"Truth is stranger than fishin'"

"There is no source code left. Please stop requesting."

"God was never on this beach. We had no protection. We had no chance."

"Beach Home has run its course. Well, it never had the opportunity."
